Jolanta Venslauskas, one of the founders of Catalyse Junction, is distinguished by her exceptional ability to establish connections with people and to thoroughly evaluate complex situations, actions, and ongoing work. Her educational background in economics, her impeccable professional ethics,
meticulousness, expertise, and innate analytical perception enable her to successfully engage in roles such as a judicial expert, meticulous due diligence project developer, insightful detective, or Constitutional Court judge.
Her profound understanding of global social and economic issues motivates her to work exclusively with verified clients, to whom she dedicates all her knowledge, experience, and energy.
As a former project leader of INITIATIVE, Jolanta effectively collaborated with all six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, ensuring constructive dialogue with GCC government officials and successfully involving GCC leaders in a trans-regional project spanning thirteen countries. Her ability to quickly identify and address key issues ensured project integrity.
Jolanta perceives her role as that of a conductor, valuing the contribution of each project team member as an important component of high-quality work, aiming to achieve exceptional and unique results.

Casey Venslauskas is a founding member of Catalyse Junction. With over 30 years of experience, he provides in-depth macroeconomic market analysis to identify national and global challenges and needs.
The founder and head of the INITIATIVE 'Bridging EU (Central/North Europe) with GCC,' a trans-regional project with 13 participating countries and a total value of €20 billion.
His extensive experience includes collaboration with various governments such as the European Union countries, the Gulf Cooperation Council states, Canada, and the European Commission.
He has developed many innovative projects for companies and governments. Medium and large companies particularly value his insights, recommendations, as well strategies for growth, development and expansion. Additionally, he is an unrivalled and highly successful negotiator at the top level, and is praised for his leadership in crisis management.
Having worked across diverse locations including UK (London), EU (Germany, the Baltics, Poland), UAE (Abu Dhabi), and Canada (Toronto), he has also executed numerous projects for businesses in the United States. He possesses a thorough understanding of global markets and economic intricacies across five continents.
Mr. Venslauskas is recognized as a successful and adept leader in conceptualizing, theorizing, and implementing empirical projects, making him an invaluable asset in the field.
Mr. Venslauskas completed his education at De Paul University-MDC in Chicago, specializing in Management, and achieved a BBM PG Hons. He is proficient in both English and German languages.
